Our CEO - Andrew Neal, was the manager of UBS' Executive Services Group and responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department that creates, administers, and executes 10b5-1 Trading Plans and oversaw the management of thousands of plans which resulted in the execution of over 200 million shares of stock. Mr. Neal has over 18 years of financial services experience and has primarily been focused on the management of executive equity transactions.
Our CTO - Barry Edward Papina, was the developer and designer of the current UBS 10b5-1 Executive Trading Platform. The application has been in use by the 10b5-1 Executive Services Group since 2003. The original data model and design was completely generated by Mr. Papina. Mr. Papina has been a professional for 20 years in the financial services and technological production fields. The benefit of his prior development skills and experience allow ETS to comfortably offer a superior product and administration service without the fear of 'off-the-shelf' products designed by technicians, not business application designers.
Our CFO - Rick J. Pritikin, is Founder of The PRITCO Group, a consulting firm in Tennessee specializing in business set-up, strategic planning, and business development. Mr. Pritikin has over 35 years experience in the areas of executive management, marketing, sales, operations, accounting, finance and strategic planning. Having developed numerous businesses and spearheading profitable turn-arounds in 4 different industries, Mr. Pritikin brings extensive knowledge and experience to the ETS management team.
Our National Sales Director - Martin Michael, Mr. Michael has been a business to business sales professional for over 20 years, focused on cultivating and maintaining corporate relationships. Prior to joining ETS, Mr. Michael was principal of a M&A member firm of the Business Brokers Network ("BBN"), an organization consisting of more than 450 business brokers across the United States and worldwide. Mr. Michael specialized assisting business owners in structuring ESOP programs to facilitate the sale of their businesses.
Our Director of Implementation - Bryan Neth, was the developer and architect of global client workstation and server deployments for numerous government and private industry application platforms. Mr. Neth has been in the business of professional technology and implementation for 12 years. His experience in heavily regulated industries and global deployment is an asset to ETS through streamlined deployment and configuration scenarios.
